• Enquiry details — name, company, email address, phone number, location and the content of your message when you contact us or request a quote.
• Photographs — images of material you upload with a quote request. These are emailed to us for valuation and are not published.
• Transaction records — identity and payment details required to conclude purchases, kept as required by law.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type) used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and provide quotations.
• To arrange collections, drop-offs and payments.
• To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to scrap metal and recycling transactions.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
• We do not send marketing communications without your consent.

Retention and security

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to serve you; transaction records are retained for the periods required by law. Access to personal information is limited to staff who need it.

Your rights
