Specific quotes and commitments are always confirmed in writing on a per-enquiry basis.

Indicative pricing provided in response to an enquiry is based on the description and photos supplied. Final settlement values depend on actual material on arrival, post-sorting weights, and assay results for PGM-bearing material. Quotes are valid for the period stated in our reply and are subject to confirmation of material condition.

By offering material to EC Recycling, you confirm that you are the legal owner of, or authorised to dispose of, the material being supplied. Identification and proof of ownership documents may be required, particularly for catalytic converters and other regulated streams. We reserve the right to refuse any consignment where ownership cannot be satisfactorily established.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, EC Recycling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Our liability in relation to recycling services is limited to the terms agreed in writing for each specific consignment.

These terms, and any agreement formed between you and EC Recycling, are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
