1. Quotations

• Quotations are indicative until material is physically verified. Final pricing is confirmed on inspection, identification and weighing of the actual material received.
• Quotations are based on precious metal market prices at the time of issue and may be revised if markets move materially before delivery, or if material differs from what was described.
• Metal prices displayed on this website are indicative reference values only and do not constitute an offer.

2. Material and ownership

• By offering material to us, you warrant that you are the lawful owner or are authorised to sell it.
• We comply with applicable legislation governing the purchase of scrap metal, including identity verification and record-keeping requirements, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement.
• We reserve the right to refuse any material at our discretion, including material we suspect to be stolen.

3. Payment

• Payment is made by EFT after verification of the material against the accepted quotation.
• Where legislation requires payment methods or waiting periods for scrap transactions, those requirements take precedence.

4. Collections and drop-offs

• Collection is offered for volume loads at our discretion and subject to scheduling.
• Risk in material passes to us on collection or receipt at a branch; until then it remains with the seller.
